Pilot Company in Knoxville, TN is offering a full-time, in-person Business Planning & Development Internship for summer 2027. You will collaborate across the Strategy Realization Office and Corporate Development to support performance management, annual planning, and investment analysis.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise strategy, KPI evaluation, and cross-functional project execution, with guidance from senior leaders.

Formación

• Student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA candidates encouraged to apply.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data visualization.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive-level presentation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Enable cross-functional strategic execution across multiple business areas.
• Support development of frameworks and processes strengthening strategic capabilities.
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
• Provide recommendations to improve governance, execution quality, and scalability.
