Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, communications, business, organizational leadership, psychology or related field.
• Ability to analyze data and insights from surveys or feedback sources.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culture and market research to compare Pilot’s practices with leading organizations.
• Support engagement, onboarding, belonging initiatives and ESL team members.
• Leverage survey insights with stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to gather information and support culture-related initiatives.
