Job summary

Central Piedmont Community College seeks a Leadership Development Facilitator who serves as a strategic partner within the Organizational Learning & Leadership Development team. This role designs, facilitates, and continuously improves leadership development experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities, drive engagement, and support the College's mission of transforming lives through education.

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in employee engagement or talent development.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Designs and facilitates leadership development experiences to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive engagement.
Partners with leaders and stakeholders to support strategic leadership initiatives.
Supports onboarding and integration efforts for new employees and leaders.
Evaluates leadership programs and uses feedback for continuous improvement.
Advises on leadership development and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
