Job summary

JM Test Systems in Baton Rouge, LA, offers a Leadership Development Program designed for graduating students who want real responsibility early and a clear path to leadership. You will be deployed across JM Test locations to tackle business challenges and quickly assume ownership, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development & Strategy.

The program moves you into a permanent role within 12 to 18 months, with potential paths in divisions, rental, lab management, or corporate analytics, FP&A, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, graduating by spring or summer 2027.
• Evidence of leadership and ownership through campus leadership, internships, athletics, military service, or work through school.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Real curiosity about how businesses operate, and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Must relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and be willing to travel extensively.
• Coursework, internships, or experience in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or operations, or exposure to technical, industrial, or field-service environments.
