Job summary

A certified women-owned career coaching firm is seeking a full-time Leadership Development and Executive Coaching Manager. In this role, you will manage client accounts, coordinate coaching engagements, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has a degree in business management, customer service experience, and excellent interpersonal and project management skills. This hybrid position allows for remote work with occasional office presence in Chesterfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a customer service or account management role preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership development and/or executive coaching programs is required.
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Leadership Development and Executive Coaching accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding and kickoff activities for new coaching engagements.
• Handle questions and inquiries from clients regarding program processes.
• Prepare and distribute reports related to engagement status.
