Job summary

Humana seeks a Learning Design Lead to partner with Tech leaders and associates, designing and delivering scalable leadership development programs. You will apply performance consulting, adult learning theory, and instructional design to build leadership capabilities across the Tech organization.

You will lead end-to-end design for virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, integrating AI tools, measuring outcomes, coordinating logistics, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
• 8+ years designing leadership training including e-learning and ILT in corporate settings.
• 5+ years facilitating dynamic training across in-person, virtual, hybrid.
• Experience facilitating leadership programs with executive presence.
• Excellent organization, logistics, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM, performance improvement.
• Experience with learning systems and AI-enabled platforms (e.g., Articulate, Cornerstone, Vyond, Lucid).
• Proficient multimedia asset creation with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure learning impact.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• 3+ years guiding leaders and engaging executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business/HR to assess needs and align learning to outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align efforts with goals and culture.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Develop measurement strategies and iterate programs for impact.
• Integrate generative AI into learning design to scale content.
• Oversee logistics for leadership programs including scheduling and materials.
