Job summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership is seeking a Manager, Leadership Curriculum & Learning to lead strategy, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s leadership curriculum. The role ensures evidence-based, human-centered and gender-responsive learning across programs.

Based in Washington, DC with a hybrid option, the position oversees curriculum quality, facilitator readiness, and knowledge management, while collaborating with program teams to integrate learning

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning, leadership development, or learning experience design.
• Applied design thinking, human-centered design, participatory design, or co-creation to learner-centered programs.
• Experience managing learning and leadership development programs in nonprofit or mission-driven settings.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating adult learning with trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to improve programs.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the leadership curriculum and learning framework.
• Oversee curriculum quality, learning outcomes, and facilitator readiness.
• Collaborate with program teams to adapt curriculum for audiences and geographies.
• Lead facilitator onboarding and create implementation guides.
