Job summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership seeks a Manager, Leadership Curriculum & Learning based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule. The role leads strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the leadership curriculum across programs, ensuring evidence-based, gender-responsive, and culturally relevant learning experiences.

You will work with program teams, facilitators, and impact staff to ensure quality, outcomes, and knowledge management, including facilitator onboarding and program

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in curriculum development or related field.
• Experience applying design thinking, human-centered design, or co-creation methods to create learner-centered programs.
• Experience managing learning and leadership development programs in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating adult learning experiences with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to improve programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural, geographic, and organizational contexts.
• Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and knowledge management skills.

Responsibilities

• Steward the leadership curriculum and learning framework across programs.
• Maintain curriculum standards, learning objectives, competencies, and quality assurance processes.
• Develop the curriculum roadmap and annual review process.
• Maintain version control and curriculum documentation.
• Review and update curriculum based on research and evaluation findings.
• Apply design thinking and human-centered design to improve learning experiences.
• Coordinate facilitator onboarding and curriculum orientation.
• Develop modules, activities, case studies, and participant resources.
• Support integration across virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences.
