Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and oversight of risk frameworks, including economic capital, stress testing, and risk appetite.

• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Investments, and Product to assess model risk, assumption governance, and emerging risk exposures.

• Drive analytics that inform senior leadership on key risk insights and trends.

• Lead or contribute to risk-focused projects, with opportunities to present findings to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA); FSA preferred.

• 8+ years of actuarial experience, ideally with exposure to risk management, enterprise risk, or model governance.

• Strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Python, R, or similar tools) and comfort working with large datasets.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex findings for non-technical audiences.

• Proven leadership potential and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
