What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Conduct complex analyses and produce reports to support client projects
  2. Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with quality control and risk management guidelines
  3. Directly interact with clients and their vendor partners to facilitate communication
  4. Train and provide guidance to Actuarial Analysts on data preparation and analysis
  5. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) credential at the time of application
  2. Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related quantitative field
  3. Minimum of 5 years of professional actuarial experience, with prior P&C reserving and/or pricing experience
  4. Proven proficiency with Excel
  5. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Proven technical skills in programming with R, SAS, Python, or SQL
  2. Experience in predictive modeling or interest in this area
  3. Advanced degree in a related field
  4. Experience with due diligence assignments including LPT/ADC and M&A deals
