Qualifications

• Education/Certification required: a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, Texas Teacher Educator’s certification, and a Principal certification.
• Special knowledge/skills include effective communication, being flexible, growth mindset, collaboration, and ability to design high-quality learning experiences.
• Experience required: 3 years of classroom teaching and 3 years of campus principal experience; central office supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appraisal trainings and events (T-TESS, T-PESS, AEL, Impact Coaching 11, Calibrated Support).
• Create event plans and manage calendar for appraisal trainings.
• Track revenue and expenses for trainings and contracts.
• Develop and deliver professional learning and leadership development activities.
