Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate required; Mid-Management, Supervisor, or Principal Certification preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with TEA online tools such as TEAL and ISAM.
• Knowledge of TEKS and state accountability standards.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization software.
• Ability to manage end-to-end, long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in design, implementation and evaluation of programs and services in assigned areas.
• Oversee TEA and Commissioner initiatives to ensure services executed meet requirements.
• Lead data-informed decision making through analytics and visuals.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Coordinate long-term strategic planning with district leadership.
