Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Learning Professional I to design, deliver, and assess training programs across branches in the San Joaquin Valley. This hybrid role will operate from the Shaw Ave. Fresno location and support onboarding, career development, and organizational learning initiatives.
You will facilitate sessions, analyze needs, and manage LMS activities, content updates, and program coordination to build employee capability and drive business results.
This is a hybrid position that will work out of our Shaw branch in Fresno, CA – 111 E Shaw Ave, Fresno CA 93710. This person will support training activities at our branches throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
