Job summary

Spencer Stuart invites top undergraduates and graduates into a Summer Analyst Intern program in Chicago, with a focus on leadership advisory services including executive search and governance. You will work with leadership advisors and learn through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to multiple practices and offices.

Throughout the internship, you will build research, analytical, and communication skills while contributing to meaningful client work.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering the final year of study (Spring 2028 graduates).
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated record of leadership and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support leadership advisory engagements.
• Develop presentations, reports, and other thought leadership materials.
• Assist in client engagements and business development activities.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to deliver high-quality work.
