Job summary

Spencer Stuart invites you to join its Summer Analyst Internship Program in 8–10 weeks, based in Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. You will work alongside leadership advisors on research, analysis, and client engagements, developing presentations and thought leadership materials.

Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, eager to learn, and capable of contributing with strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering the final year (Spring 2028 or Fall/Winter 2027 graduates)
• Strong academic performance and ability to learn quickly within a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent research/analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive, company, and industry research and analysis
• Support active client engagements and business development initiatives
• Develop presentations, reports, and other thought leadership materials
• Network with colleagues across practices, industries, and functions
