Job summary

Spencer Stuart is offering a Summer Analyst Internship in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. The program runs 8–10 weeks, with a 40-hour work week and a $26.00/hour salary plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Interns will assist leadership advisors and industry experts across executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, and governance, while gaining research, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and entering the final year
• Must have strong academic performance (minimum 3.3 GPA)
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and engagement through internships, work experience, community service, athletics, research, or student organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, resourceful, team-oriented, and proactive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive, company, and industry research and analysis
• Support active client engagements and business development initiatives
• Develop presentations, reports, and other thought leadership materials
• Network and interact with colleagues across practices, industries, and functions, including firm leaders and partners
