Job summary

Spencer Stuart invites motivated students to join the Summer Analyst Internship, a paid program in leadership advisory. You will assist senior analysts with research, market insights, and client materials, while gaining exposure to executive search and governance services across multiple offices.

The internship emphasizes hands-on project work, mentorship, and professional development. The program runs 8–10 weeks starting June 7th, 2027, at our Boston (and other) offices, with a 40-hour workweek

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and in final year.
• Must have strong GPA (minimum 3.3) and all majors welcome.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and engagement through internships, work experience, community service, athletics, research, or student organizations.
• Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-directed, resourceful, team-oriented, and proactive.
