Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks a Leadership Academy Program Manager to design and deliver enterprise leadership development across five tiers, from Emerging Leaders to Executives. You will establish readiness standards, develop pathways, and connect programs to performance and succession processes.

Leading a cross-brand academy, you will manage internal and external facilitators, coordinate with HRBPs, and scale programs across a distributed footprint using FCG University as the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and running multi-level leadership programs across multiple sites.
• Experience integrating leadership development with succession planning and IDP processes.
• Strong facilitation skills from frontline to executive audiences.
• Program management across budgets, vendors, and multi-cohort logistics.
• Data literacy with ability to present outcomes to HR and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, IO psychology, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the five-tier leadership architecture and readiness indicators.
• Build an enterprise leadership core with clear expectations at each tier.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and executive sponsors on development actions.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and coaching providers for the Academy.
• Deliver scalable programs across a distributed footprint via virtual and blended formats.
