Relocation may be required, and the program promises promotion opportunities within 3–4 years based on performance. No prior experience is needed; candidates must commit to a 48+ hour work week and embrace a comprehensive training plan across sales, operations, blueprints, and equipment

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer service: assist customers and drive sales.
• Store operations and inventory management: oversee material flow and merchandising.
• Blueprint reading and estimation: create material estimates for projects.
• Forklift operation and certification: safe handling of materials.
• Business management: payroll, invoicing, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite: training to improve skills.
