Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to set the technical vision and align initiatives with business goals. You will mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and work across product and design teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

You will drive governance, stay current with industry trends, and report progress to executives while building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in engineering/IT leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing software developers/engineers.
• CCIE or CISSP certification is required.
• Experience with Cisco portfolio, platforms and solutions.
• Experience working with US Government and ISO27001 compliance.
• Customer-facing experience or partner interactions.
• Experience presenting at conferences or webinars.
