Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a remote Engineering Lead to guide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and drive the design and delivery of engineering platforms and automation services.

You will champion security and operational compliance, articulate delivery requirements, and lead the development of reusable platform services, APIs, and AI solutions to improve software delivery.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of engineering experience and a master's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two or more years of mentoring, coaching, or technical leadership experience.
• Experience designing and delivering production software, APIs, and CI/CD systems.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, containers, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Lead will manage technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and guide the design and delivery of engineering platforms and automation services while ensuring compliance with security and operational requirements.
