Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing for at least 3 years, preferably in retail or online enterprise.
• Commitment to anti-racism trainings and youth-focused leadership.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including some mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts, aiming to meet or exceed financial goals while ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Lead a shift of 5–6 youth, guiding inventory, orders, customer service and quality control.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback, coordinating with management on workshops and development.
