Dallas Regional Chamber seeks a Manager of Leadership Programs to implement and continuously improve the DRC's Young Professionals leadership programs. You will engage the business community by supporting the development of leaders to strengthen the region's leadership pipeline and DRC membership.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Leadership Programs, you will lead program design and execution, manage recruitment, coordinate events, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional experience in event and relationship management preferred.
• Experience with sponsorship cultivation and business development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute leadership development programs, including Young Professionals and LEAD YP.
• Provide direct support to the Managing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement program strategy, operations, and recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate program events with the Chamber events team, including logistics and sponsorships.
• Manage program council members and committees to align with DRC vision.
• Work with leadership to build advisory council strategies for Lead YP and participants.
• Oversee sponsorship relationships and revenue-generation initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with member and prospective member companies to drive engagement.
• Utilize data analytics to measure engagement and satisfaction and propose improvements.
• Lead initiatives in marketing, communications, and digital assets; represent the Chamber at events.
