Job summary

Greenville Chamber seeks a Leadership Development Programs Manager to coordinate the center of Greenville’s leadership ecosystem. You will manage multiple programs, sessions, and events, ensuring smooth planning, communication, and execution for participants, volunteers, speakers, and sponsors.

Partnering with the Executive Director and Talent & Leadership team, you will maintain calendars, registrations, venues, and materials while tracking progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in leadership, education, business, communications, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in program coordination, event management, leadership development, education, nonprofit organizations, Chamber programs, or community engagement.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, deadlines, and multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a high volume of leadership programs, sessions, and events, progressively taking greater ownership.
• Understand each program’s purpose, history, curriculum, and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate logistics: calendars, registrations, venues, speakers, meals, transportation, materials, communications, evaluations, follow-up.
• Maintain timelines, participant records, procedures, and other systems to meet deadlines.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for participants, alumni, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and partners.
• Support steering committees and volunteer leaders with meetings, materials, and action items.
