Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and develop care plans for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Monitor performance and provide education and counseling as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and participate in quality assurance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and collaborate with resident services.
• Document care, forms, and evaluations as required.
