Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, stage, treat, and monitor wounds including pressure injuries and surgical wounds.
• Develop and oversee individualized wound care plans.
• Lead pressure-injury prevention through skin assessments and staff education.
• Maintain accurate wound documentation for care planning and regulatory compliance.
