Job summary

BRG is seeking a hands-on Workplace Services Manager to oversee operations in Houston and College Station, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-functioning work environment.

Based in Houston with monthly travel to College Station, you will partner with the Office Director and regional leaders to manage budgets, vendors, events, safety, HR support, and incident response, while sustaining a positive office culture and operational excellence.

• Experience in office operations or workplace services in a professional services environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workplace Services activities across Houston and College Station offices.
• Ensure offices remain fully stocked, operational, and appropriately equipped.
• Manage office budgets, vendor relations, and service agreements.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and office logistics; support HR onboarding and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT on workplace technology requirements and business continuity.
• Support travel arrangements, expense reports, and other operational needs.
