You will partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Global Security, and business leaders to protect ADP's culture, mitigate risk, and support a respectful and inclusive workplace. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace investigations, associate relations, employee relations, or compliance.
• Experience leading complex investigations from intake to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and investigation best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end workplace investigations involving misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, assess credibility, and determine findings.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Advise leaders on outcomes, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
