Jobot is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney in Los Angeles or Newport Beach, CA. The role targets 3–8 years of California WC litigation experience and requires a active CA Bar membership, with a Juris Doctor degree.

You will lead litigations from intake to hearings and settlements, collaborating with case managers and support staff to deliver strong client advocacy. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• Significant California workers’ compensation litigation experience (3–5+ years).
• Proven advocacy before WCAB or related forums; hearings, depositions and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in California workers’ compensation matters from intake through hearings and settlements.
• Handle all phases of litigation: drafting pleadings, attending hearings, taking depositions, negotiating settlements.
• Develop case strategies, manage discovery and interact with expert witnesses and opposing counsel.
• Build client relationships, maintain communication, and deliver high-quality advocacy.
• Work with a team of case managers and hearing representatives to optimize outcomes.
