Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead a Workers’ Compensation team including Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Assistants. You will ensure high-quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while promoting collaboration and development.

The ideal candidate brings strong WC expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to mentor professionals while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• Supervisory, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WC statutes, regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Workers’ Compensation team including Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers and Assistants.
• Ensure claim handling compliance with client requirements and regulations.
• Coach and develop staff; identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
• Maintain regular client communications and oversee service delivery.
• Monitor claim quality, reserves and regulatory reporting.
