Qualifications

• Experience leading testing efforts for Workday implementations, enhancements, or ongoing support.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing methodologies.
• Ability to develop test strategies, plans, test cases, scenarios, and traceability docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Workday modules and configurations.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned to requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage test execution, defects, and status reporting to project leadership.
• Ensure test coverage for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financial Management, and other Workday areas.
