Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Workday HRIS Integrations Specialist to design and develop HCM integrations, primarily Workday, ensuring data accuracy and security across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Absence. You will partner with COEs and leaders from HR, IT and Finance to deploy efficient integration solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday integration experience, hands-on Workday Studio/EIB/Core Connectors expertise, and strong XML/JSON skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday APIs.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services and JSON.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, security configurations, and business process framework.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integration solutions and maintain them.
• Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create detailed integration specs and technical documentation.
• Lead change control for migrations and optimize performance.
