Job summary

Accenture is a global professional services company seeking a Workday Financials Manager - FDM/Accounting to lead teams across requirements, design and delivery of Workday Financials solutions. You will drive project planning, client workshops, and vendor management while mentoring staff and ensuring governance and best practices.

Travel may be required; 4+ years in a lead consulting role and proven Workday experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, perform design, prototyping, testing and training with clients.
• Plan budgets, forecasting and reporting strategies for projects.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships and lead client education workshops.
• Manage resources and project budgets; escalate critical issues and guide decisions.
• Architect Workday Financials solutions ensuring cohesive work streams.
