Job summary
A leading healthcare company in the United States is seeking a Workday AI Solutions Integration Consultant to implement and optimize Workday’s AI capabilities. This role involves designing AI agents, building custom applications, and integrating Workday solutions to streamline HR workflows. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and deployment preferred.
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration development using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of AI agents like Recruiter Agent and Performance Review Agent.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents using Workday’s tools.
- Create AI-powered applications and widgets using Workday Extend.
Skills
Experience with Workday HCM
Hands-on Workday integration development
Proficiency in building custom applications
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
Strong experience with Workday APIs
Excellent communication skills
Education
Relevant certifications in Workday
Certifications in Workday Assistant or Workday Extend
