Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Grants Lead to partner with clients on grants management within Workday. You will design, prototype, and train teams while aligning cross-functional work streams and ensuring best practices.

Travel may be required depending on client needs and engagements. You’ll bring at least 3 years of Workday Grants experience, a strong consulting background, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials Grants implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Grants solutions to ensure cohesion across work streams
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
