Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Workday HCM/Talent Architect to lead advisory teams delivering cloud-based Workday solutions across finance, analytics, planning and HR.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• 3+ years of working HCM Functional experience.
• 3+ years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design Workday-based solutions.
• Architect Workday HCM end-to-end with crossfunctional considerations.
• Plan, budget, forecast and report on project workstreams.
• Draft statements of work and client proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and client education workshops.
• Lead, mentor and manage project staff performance.
