Pacsun seeks a senior designer to lead denim development from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and brand vision. You’ll create hand sketches and CADs, refine fits, washes, and construction, and collaborate with merchandising and product development to meet timing and quality goals.

Develop tech packs, manage trims and fabrics, and supervise lab dips and sample approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion/design or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of design experience including fabric sourcing, technical design, trim development and color training.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• PDM training/experience preferred.
• Strong sense of trends, pattern making, textiles, and finishing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead denim product development from concept through commercialization, aligned to seasonal brand vision.
• Create hand sketches and CADs communicating silhouette, wash, and construction intent with detail.
• Develop tech packs and collaborate with Technical Design to refine fit and construction.
• Source fabrics, trims, finishes with mills/vendors; manage lab dips and wash developments.
• Maintain design updates in PLM and ensure timely sample execution.
