Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Wireline Operator I to perform field duties at the Milliken, Colorado site and in the shop, ensuring safe, compliant operation of wireline activities under supervision.

You will assist with tool maintenance, rigging up/down, tool string makeups, logging tools, and preventative maintenance, while upholding strong safety and customer-service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 6 months wireline operator experience.
• Must pass ATF background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic wireline operations and safety procedures.
• Assist tool maintenance, pre/post job checks.
• Assist rigging up/down wireline equipment.
• Assist in tool string make-ups and downhole tools.
• Maintain logging equipment and preventative maintenance.
• Perform duties at well site and in shop; drive safely.
• Support continuous improvement and customer relations.
