Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and drive sales targets. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

This role offers base pay with uncapped commission and a monthly store bonus tied to performance; the position requires working evenings and weekends to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent and providing training and mentoring.
• Owns numbers and store commitments; lead by example and coach to hit metrics.
• Run store operations: scheduling, cash handling, reporting, and compliance.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales targets.
• Lead store opening/closing and daily workflow to ensure top customer experiences.
