Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Lead Installer for Baltimore, MD. You will lead professional window and door installations, remove old units, prepare openings, and install high-quality replacements. The role offers year-round work, full benefits, training, and opportunities to advance.

You bring hands-on experience in window/door installation and related remodeling. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 6:30 AM start.

Qualifications

Previous experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation.
Willingness to perform carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing and finishing work.

Responsibilities

Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
Load truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
Arrive at the customer’s home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
Safely remove existing windows and doors while protecting the home.
Prepare openings for new installations and install replacements.
Complete necessary carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing and finishing work.
Ensure installations are weather-tight, level, square and secure.
Identify and solve jobsite challenges when conditions vary from plans.
Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect.
Communicate professionally with customers and complete project closeout.
