Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Window & Door Installer to manage installation projects from start to finish in Boston, MA. You will remove existing units, prepare openings, and install high-quality replacements while coordinating with customers and team members.

You’ll work Monday–Friday from 6:30 AM and receive year-round, stable work with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. A strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in window installation or door installation, carpentry, remodeling or residential installation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at the warehouse and travel to job sites.
• Represent West Shore Home professionally at customer homes.
• Safely remove existing windows and doors and install replacements.
• Prepare openings, complete carpentry/trim/finish work, and ensure weather-tight installations.
• Complete paperwork and close out projects.
