Job summary

West Shore Home in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Window Installer to join our team. You will travel to customer homes, greet clients, and install replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE guidelines to ensure a 5-star experience.

The role requires arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, basic carpentry skills, and the ability to log into company systems. Competitive hourly pay ($17–$20) plus comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
