West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer for Knoxville, TN. This role begins with paid training and a Monday–Friday schedule, starting at 6:30 AM, serving customers with practical, high-quality installations.

You'll work with carpentry and remodeling tasks, use hand and power tools, and uphold safety SOPs to deliver a 5-star customer experience while growing your skills with a national home improvement leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer homes and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Clean up job site and protect customer property.
• Process paperwork and collect payments.
• Follow PPE protocols and company SOPs.
