Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer Lead in Morgantown, WV. You will lead installation teams, mentor crews, and ensure top-notch craftsmanship with strong customer communication.

The role requires 5+ years in window installation and site leadership, a valid driver's license, and a knack for coaching others while delivering quality workmanship in homes across varying styles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years Window installation and remodeling experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment preferred.
• Ability and willingness to coach and mentor other installers.
• A proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Able to lift up to 83 pounds and operate hand/power tools.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency on job sites.
• Coach and mentor installers to maintain high workmanship standards.
