Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Installer IV to manage window and door installations, including retro-fits and patio doors. The role requires safe, independent work, precise measurements, and strong collaboration with field technicians and homeowners.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, driver’s license, and relevant installation experience, with knowledge of framing, building codes, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Window and Door installation experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of framing and construction.
• Intermediate knowledge of building codes.
• Intermediate knowledge of service parts and procedures.
• Dismantle/reassemble windows, hardware knowledge.
• OSHA safety regulations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Install basic and intermediate window and door products per Renewal standards.
• Apply flashing and waterproof openings.
• Mull products in field or warehouse without supervision.
• Log service items with proper terminology and outline next steps for homeowners.
• Set all product styles and install without supervision.
• Ensure proper safety practices and PPE at jobsite.
• Coordinate pre-arrival material planning and stock levels.
• Identify site hazards and address risks.
• Communicate with homeowners and field teams to resolve concerns.
