Job summary

West Shore Home in Salisbury, MD is looking for a Residential Remodeler to join our team. The Installer will perform safe and high-quality installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, starting at 6:30 AM, after loading materials at the warehouse.

You will greet customers, establish rapport, remove old spaces, install and trim, and ensure the job site is clean. Logging paperwork and payments is part of the role, with a focus on delivering a 5-star experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
