Qualifications

• Two years as a Pennsylvania Game Commission Dispatcher or equivalent Federal title.
• Four years of dispatching experience involving police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support dispatch staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Evaluate calls/messages, prioritize incidents per procedures.
• Develop training programs and performance goals.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure staffing coverage.
• Coordinate information between field personnel, law enforcement, and the public.
• Maintain dispatch records and databases for reporting.
