Qualifications

• Progressive professional experience conducting jurisdictional delineations of state and federal waters/wetlands in the Southwest.
• Minimum 5 years' experience performing wetland/water field studies for environmental projects.
• Lead delineator experience: at least 3 of 5 years as field crew lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related discipline.
• Knowledge of CWA, NEPA, ESA regulations and related field protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wetland/water jurisdictional delineation surveys and vegetation mapping in the Southwest.
• Analyze field data and assist with technical report preparation.
• Perform field work with safety protocols and coordinate with project teams.
• Utilize GPS and digital forms for data collection and management.
• Support pre-field planning and post-field data analysis activities.
