Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior WEM AQM Prompt Engineer to lead the AQM prompt engineering practice within Specialized Services. You will set standards, build reusable assets, and mentor a team while handling complex customer engagements.

You will bring a strong background in Speech Analytics and prompt engineering, with experience in Verint, NICE CXone, or Genesys, and you will engage in pre-sales activities, design evaluation frameworks, and contribute to go-to-market materials.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of analytics programs in Verint/NICE/Genesys, senior level.
• Formal prompt engineering qualification or proven portfolio.
• Understanding of LLM behavior and prompt design.
• Strong QM governance and evaluation framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for Five9 AQM Prompt Engineering within Specialized Services.
• Define and own prompt engineering methodology, standards, and quality gates.
• Build and maintain a reusable prompt library of validated templates across key verticals.
• Mentor the WEM AQM Prompt Engineer team and provide structured feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement of prompt design processes based on data and outcomes.
