Job summary

Five9 is seeking an experienced Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Application Consultant (Verint Speech Analytics) to lead implementation and optimization of speech and text analytics using Five9 and Verint platforms.

You will translate audio/text data into strategies that improve customer experience, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency, with remote or hybrid work options depending on location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and managing speech/interaction analytics in Verint Cloud
• Verint Accreditation in Speech Analytics or pursuing accreditation
• Experience with other Speech Analytics tools and Verint WEM products (Performance Management, AQM, Desk Analytics) optional
• Strong consulting background with contact center metrics and workflows
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to translate data into business strategy

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting to align cloud analytics with client KPIs and compliance
• System implementation and tuning of speech analytics categories, queries, and dashboards
• Client enablement: training on dashboards and cloud configurations
• Derive actionable insights from unstructured data to improve customer experience and coaching initiatives
